Degree Application
for Graduation

Students must fill out a written application to graduate and file it in the Student Services Office by the following dates:

• Oct. 1 for Fall degree completion
• March 1 for Spring degree completion
• July 1 for Summer degree completion

A $25 graduation fee is due at the time students apply for graduation.

Cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover cards are accepted. The $25 graduation fee can be charged against a Pell grant prior to disbursement.

You must complete a Degree Application for Graduation form.

Forms are available in the Student Services Office on the main campus in Arkansas City (Galle Johnson, Room 203) and at all outreach centers.
