Financial Aid Policies

Academic Progress Policy - This policy defines the credit hour, Cumulative GPA, and the procedures in order to receive Federal Aid.

Verification Policy - This policy lists the documentations needed in order to receive Financial Aid.

Student Status Policy - This policy lists the student's dependency status criteria. 2007-2008 l 2008-2009

Student Loan Policy - This policy lists the steps on how to apply for a student loan. It states what the loans pay for and how the loans are disbursed. It also states the loan limits depending on what academic year.

Consortium Agreement Policy - This policy is an agreement between two colleges for the purpose of determining and disbursing federal aid for a student that is enrolled in both colleges within the same semester.

Work Study Students Policy and Procedures - This policy states the procedures that are needed in order to become a work study student. It also states when timesheets are due and when payroll checks will be issued.

Policy for the Return of Title IV Funds - This policy states the procedures in the case of returning Title IV aid in the event of withdrawal, and the policy of returning overawarded Title IV funds back to the Pell Grant program.

Withdrawal from Classes - This policy states the procedures and dates to withdraw from a class and receive a "W" on the transcript.

Refund of Tuition and Fees - This policy states the dates to withdraw from a class to receive a full refund of the tuition and fees for the course(s).
