If you are interested In Band, Jazz Band or Orchestra, Cowley County Community College will suit your needs. Performance classes are offered for music majors and non-music majors alike with the ultimate goal of being an enjoyable, education experience.

With our state-of-the-art rehearsal and performance facilities (The Brown Center, constructed in 1994), we invite you to get involved in music at Cowley!

Transfer Options: The Music Program at Cowley has established transfer articulation agreements with most four-year institutions in Kansas and Oklahoma. Financial Assistance: Students may obtain a tuition and book scholarship by either auditioning or by director recommendation.

Several special scholarships are available: The Fostine Moncrief Scholarship, which offers several awards with stipends ranging from $100 to $500 per year, two $200 scholarships from the Arkansas City Music and Dramatics Club.
