Textbook Refund Policy
for materials purchased at the Sid Regnier Bookstore on the main
campus in Arkansas City.
A REGISTER RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR EVERY REFUND
AND EXCHANGE!
A 100% refund will be calculated by the computer system based on the starting date of each class.

| 14-16 Weeks | 14 Calendar days |
| 8-13 Weeks | 7 Calendar days |
| 5-7 Weeks | 6 Calendar days |
| 2-4 Weeks | 3 Calendar days |
| Less than 2 weeks | Before the class starts |
| On-line classes | 14 Calendar days |
| Telecourses | 14 Calendar days from Orientation |
- Textbooks purchased after the last day for a 100% refund are not refundable.
- New textbooks must be unchanged in any way to receive a full refund. New textbooks returned in less than new condition will be refunded at up to 50% of the purchase price during posted textbook buyback, even if the class cancels.
- Textbooks which have been marked, damaged or unwrapped are considered used.
- Defective textbooks may be exchanged with a dated cash register receipt.
