Online Enrollment

Cowley College has online enrollment though it has yet to become a streamlined process that can be accomplished only via online data entry. As such, this page was developed to help all better understand the process and make it easier for students to enroll. Because the process is different for current Cowley students and those who are not, each are explained.

If you are trying to enroll in a course when the semester has already started (both credit and non-credit courses), which occasionally occurs within the allied health department, most likely the Registrar will need to complete the enrollment. You may be required to complete some paper forms that can be mailed to you.

How to Enroll if You Are a Current Cowley Student

Step 1:
Go to the list of available classes at Cowley College and find the class you want. This will allow you to find the class, times and dates you desire, and that it is not full. The classes are listed by semester from this main college schedule page. Select the class you want to take in the appropriate semester -- look in the "By Department" area -- Allied Health and Emergency Medical Services.

Step 2: Once you have found the class you want to take, enrollment can occur in one or two ways:

  • If your advisor has already approved you for online enrollment (and the semester has not already started), go to campus connect (explained in step 3) and enroll.
  • If your advisor has not approved you for online enrollment, contact your advisor and ask for the ability to enroll online or call the Registrar's office (800.593.2222 -- if from the Wichita Metropolitan area dial 316.683.6013), and gain online enrollment permission. Then, go to campus connect (explained in step 3) and enroll. At this point, when speaking with your advisor or the Registrar's office, you can just ask them to enroll you in the class.
Step 3: Once you have permission to enroll online, go to the Cowley College webpage go to the pull down menu at the top middle of the page and select "Campus Connect." Once in campus connect, follow guidelines found on that page for login and enrollment.

How to Enroll if You Are Not a Current Cowley Student

Step 1:
Go to the list of available classes at Cowley College and find the class you want. This will allow you to find the class, times and dates you desire, and that it is not full. Step 2:
Once you have found the class you want to take, enrollment can occur by completing the following items:

  • Item 1: go to the Cowley College website and complete our application for admission for the college. You must first be admitted to the college before you can enroll.
  • Item 2: If the class has not started yet, you must now contact the Registrar's office (800.593.2222) - If you are in Wichita, call 316.683.6013, and ask to be admitted to the college and be allowed to enroll online. Then, go to campus connect (explained in step 3) and enroll. At this point, when speaking with the Registrar's office, you can just ask them to enroll you in the class.
Step 3: Once admitted and have permission to enroll online, go to the Cowley College webpage go to the pull down menu at the top middle of the page and select "Campus Connect." Once in campus connect, follow guidelines found on that page for login and enrollment.
