Manufacturing Technology (Mechatronics) will be the first and only program in the state to address the demand for specialized technicians. Cowley College offers the certificate program and the associate degree. Manufacturing Technology teaches the design, building and maintaining of equipment that combines electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and computer controls. pdfManufacturing Technology technicians are well paid to maintain robots, automated manufacturing equipment, cars, gas pumps, security systems, ATMs, heating and cooling systems, treatment plant equipment, and medical monitors.
