Upon completion our associate of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education will qualify you to direct a center of 100 children as well as teach and/or administrate in childcare centers. With an associate degree in Early Childhood Education you can start a career as a child care director, child care teacher, or special education paraprofessional.
Note: this degree program will not prepare you for teacher licensure for teaching in a public or accredited private school as required by the Kansas State Department of Education. See Associate of Arts in Elementary/Early Childhood for more information.
