This Associate of Arts degree at Cowley College is part of the admission requirements to the Wichita State university College of Education bachelor degree program. Wichita State University will offer the remaining core courses of the Elementary Education licensure program via interactive television (ITV) and/or online, providing an opportunity to limit commuting time to the Wichita State University main campus. The culminating student teaching semester can be completed in a school district located in South Central Kansas, therefore students can complete the final semester in their hometown schools. pdf

Dual advising is recommended. Students should visit with a Cowley College advisor for more information as this program changes with demands and additional transfer and admission requirements that must be met.
