Mastercam X Training

The machine tool program uses Mastercam software to program both CNC lathes and mills. This training is divided among these three existing classes:

• Cam (course number mtt3544) which is an introductory class and will allow the student to understand the basic functions of Mastercam.
• Advanced Cam (course number mtt3547) which will begin where the student finished in mtt3544.
• Advanced Mastercam (course number mtt3550) which is only offered to students with a background in Mastercam and requires the student to have particular goals in mind before entering. This class is most generally taken by programmers or students who have previously taken the first two Cam classes.
