Online Hybrid

Online Hybrid

Best of Both Worlds

Hybrid courses are conducted over the Internet EXCEPT for On-Campus sessions specified by the instructor.

Hybrid courses are presented in a unique way designed to give the student an integrated and flexible learning environment using a combination of traditional on-campus classes and the Internet. The two components of this flexible learning environment are:

  • On-campus classes specified by the instructor.
  • Internet content which you will be able to access at anytime with information such as instructions, lecture notes, PowerPoint presentations, assignments, and announcements regarding the course. Note that in most cases, the major portion of the course will be conducted via the Internet, and not in the classroom.

To view the Online Hybrid courses offered at eCowley, go to eLearning Class Schedules.

Select the Online Hybrid option on the class schedules page and you will be directed to a schedule that indicate the educational center that the On-Campus sessions for each class is held. The traditional on-campus sessions are held at the Cowley College campus in Arkansas City, the Allied Health Center in Winfield, the Bloomenshine Center in Mulvane, and the Southside Center in Wichita.
