Support Services for eLearning

In addition to support services tailored to fit the needs of eLearning students,
students have access to the Student Services at Cowley College.

Support for Enrolled Students
Once you enroll in an eLearning course, you will have access to a support group and support documentation. An enhanced support center provides a 24/7/365 help desk, live-chat feature, Click2Call, 800 phone number, email, ticket system and extensive searchable knowledge base where you can find solutions to common questions.
You may visit the Current Student module to see the online support that is available.
Although you will not be able to log on and enter the online classes server, you can view all of the information available through the "left links."

Online Academic Advising & Enrollment
Students at the Southside Center in Wichita KS can use this online advising & enrollment services .
Students taking online courses who are not attending classes at the Arkansas City campus, Winfield centers or Mulvane centers can use this online advising & enrollment service.
Call 316.683.6013 or email the online advisor at eadvising@cowley.edu to communicate with an online advisor.

Library Services
Renn Memorial Library houses more than 26,000 print volumes and offers valuable electronic library resources (eLibrary.) The library’s collection includes informational databases, print resources, daily newspapers, popular and professional periodicals, scientific journals, microfilm, and more. Materials are also available through interlibrary loan.

students have full-access to all of the services of eLibrary and the main campus library.

Bookstores
You can buy your books, supplies, and college merchandise at the Cowley College Bookstores or the online bookstore.
