for Enrolled Students Once you enroll in an online course, you will have access to a support group and support documentation. An enhanced support center provides a 24/7/365 help desk, live-chat feature, Click2Call, 800 phone number, email, ticket system and extensive searchable knowledge base where you can find solutions to common questions. You may visit the Online & eLearning Students module to see the online support that is available. Although you will not be able to log on and enter the online classes server, you can view all of the information available through the "left links." |

Library Services Renn Memorial Library houses more than 26,000 print volumes and offers valuable electronic library resources (eLibrary.) The library’s collection includes informational databases, print resources, daily newspapers, popular and professional periodicals, scientific journals, microfilm, and more. Materials are also available through interlibrary loan. Cowley College Online students have full-access to all of the services of eLibrary and the main campus library. |
