Tell Us How to Use Your Gift

Whether giving by credit card online or giving a gift by mail, by telephone, or hand-delivering it, please tell us how you want us to use your gift.

Giving Online

When you enter the Cowley College, Commerce Manager Payer site, you will see these optional data fields that allow you to tell Cowley College how to use your gifts. Go to Giving Online for further instructions.

Giving by Mail or Hand-Delivering

If giving a gift by mail or hand-delivering your gift, please complete the Donation Form and include it with your gift.

As you can see in the image below, the Donation Form asks you to specify how you want us to use your gifts.

For example: If you are giving to a Scholarship, go to Scholarship Fund, where you will see links to lists of Endowed Scholarships and Institutional Scholarships. From these lists, identify the name(s) of the scholarship(s) you want to contribute to and write the name(s) in the appropriate blanks. For Example:

If you are donating $5,000.00 or more, you may create a new endowed scholarship and give the scholarship you establish any name you want to.
