The NCJRS (National Criminal Justice Reference Service) provides an avenue to locating information from a broad array of government offices in the U. S. Department of Justice. Topics covered include corrections, crime prevention, criminal justice statistics, drugs and crime, juvenile justice, law enforcement, victims, and research and evaluation. The Topics link to URLs that provide fulltext documents. The NCJRS Abstracts Database provides summaries of more than 150,000 criminal justice publications, including government reports, books, journal articles, and unpublished research. Some items will have a link to fulltext.
