This is an architect’s drawing of what the
east entrance to Galle-Johnson Hall will look like following the renovation
project that is scheduled to take place next summer. The Board of Trustees
approved the project during a meeting earlier this year.
Since Galle-Johnson Hall is where most students begin their tour of the campus,
college officials agreed that enhancing the east entrance would be beneficial.
Funds to pay for the project were encumbered from the 2003-2004 fiscal year budget.
Conco, Inc., the same company that renovated the south lobby of W.S. Scott Auditorium
and is building the Webb-Brown Instructional Center, is scheduled to do the project
once it is finished with the Webb-Brown building.
