Golden Tigers to raffle t-shirt quilt

Members of Cowley College’s Golden Tigers recently created a t-shirt quilt made out of different t-shirts representing Cowley College.

Participants in the class titled “Creating a T-Shirt Quilt,” cut up t-shirts donated by Cowley College coaches and staff, and made them into a block section. They then arranged them into a pattern, stripped the fabric, and made a quilt.

Once the quilt is tied and completed it will be donated to the Cowley County Relay For Life team to be raffled off. Raffle tickets can be purchased from the Cowley College Employee Services office or from any Cowley County Relay For Life team member. The cost is $1 per ticket or $5 for six tickets.
