Students from Oklahoma had an opportunity to tour respective shop areas and explore opportunities available to them during Technology Day at Cowley College on Tuesday.
Featured programs included Automotive, Machine and Tool Tech, Manufacturing Tech, Non-Destructive Testing, Numerical Control Programming, and Welding.
The students were from Autry Technology Center in Enid, OK, as well as from schools around Tulsa, OK.
“All in all, I would say that it was a very successful day and that we will be looking to revamp how we work Tech Day next year,” Cowley College Career and Technical Education Department Chair Joe Clasen said.
Technology Day at the College’s Mulvane Career and Tech Center will be held on Thursday, Oct. 31.
