Cowley College summer basketball leagues, camps offered

The Cowley College men’s basketball coaching staff will be conducting summer leagues and camps at W.S. Scott Auditorium/Dan Kahler Court.

 Head men’s basketball coach Brian Jackson (pictured) plans to conduct a summer basketball league and an offensive skills camp.

The boys summer league for middle school and high school age athletes will be held May 30 through July 11 with games beginning June 1. The cost for the league is $65.

The one-day individual skills camp will be held June 19-21 for ages five through high school. The camp is designed to provide intense skill teaching and development of the shot.

Kids ages 5-8 will take part in the camp from 8-9 a.m. The cost is $30. Kids ages 9-14 will meet from 9 a.m. to noon, and high school age campers will meet from 1-4 p.m. The cost for camper’s ages 9-18 is $55.
