Vince DeGradoCowley College cross country head coach Vince DeGrado (pictured) will be hosting the Tiger Distance Running Camp August 6-9.

The camp is designed to educate young student-athletes about how to become a better distance runner and leader. DeGrado and current Tiger runners will teach campers the key elements of becoming a great distance runner.

The camp will consist of morning and evening runs, classroom sessions covering running topics, and recreation periods that include volleyball, basketball, billiards and swimming to name a few.
