Cowley College to conduct volleyball camps 

Having helped lead the Cowley College volleyball team to top-five national finishes each of the last three seasons, Lady Tiger head coach Joanna Pryor is preparing to conduct middle school and high school volleyball camps.

The camp for middle school age students will take place July 30-31, while the high school camp will be held Aug. 1-2 at Cowley’s W.S. Scott Auditorium. Along with Pryor, members of the Lady Tiger volleyball team will assist with clinic instruction.

The primary purpose of the clinics is to teach the fundamental techniques of volleyball to middle school and high school students. The clinic check-in for middle school dorm residents is 7:30 p.m. July 29. High school dorm residents will check in at 7:30 p.m. July 31. Regular check-in will be at 9 a.m. in the gym. There will be a break for lunch and dinner and the clinic will continue until 9 p.m. The final day of the clinic will last until 5 p.m.

Cost of the clinics is $70 for non-dorm-residents or $110 for dorm-residents. Special rates are available for two children from the same family. Contact Pryor at (620) 441-5324 for rates.

Each participant will receive a camp t-shirt. Please indicate your shirt size on the Enrollment Form.
