Gordon named to JUCO World Series All-Tournament team

Mac Gordon, a sophomore catcher on the Cowley College baseball team, was recently named to the JUCO World Series All-tournament team.

Gordon homered in two of the Tigers’ three games at the JUCO World Series and finished 6-of-13 with seven runs batted in. For the season, Gordon batted .361 with four home runs and 37 RBI as he helped Cowley capture its third straight Jayhawk East title.

Cowley finished ranked seventh in the nation with a record of 48-15.
