100.00 ADMINISTRATIVE AFFAIRS The Board of Trustees is authorized and directed
to delegate the administration of the Cowley County Community College
and Vocational-Technical School to the President, who also serves as
the Executive Officer of the Board. The President is charged with the
responsibility of organizing and administering the resources of the College
to assure the proper development, implementation, and evaluation of programs
according to Kansas State Law and policies of the Board of Trustees.
