- All applications for payroll deductions must be submitted
in writing each year by August 20.
- A list of approved tax sheltered annuity and/or life
insurance companies are maintained in the Business Office.
- Voluntary salary deductions may be discontinued at any
time during the school year by filing a written request at least 21
days in advance of the specified pay period.
