To ensure that the College's personnel policies and practices are administered without discrimination, the following shall apply: .01 All recruitment, selection, promotion, transfer, layoff and termination decisions made by the College's supervisors, administrators or trustees will be based solely on the job related qualifications and abilities of candidates and/or employees. In some cases, seniority may be treated as a factor to be considered in the decision process. .02 All other personnel policies and practices of the College, including compensation, benefits, discipline, and safety and health programs, as well as social and recreational activities, will be administered and conducted without regard to any individual's race, gender, color, age, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, ethic origin, physical disability or veteran status. .03 Employees who have EEO-related questions, problems or complaints should direct the same to the Director of Human Resources.
