248.00 COMPENSATION FOR SPONSORS OF ORGANIZATIONS

1. Directors of programs are responsible for club sponsorship in their respective areas as part of the extra duty pay received for the Director position. All other sponsors of organizations will be compensated at a rate of $200-$800 per year.
2. Sponsors of organizations shall meet the following criteria:
   a. Submit the annual Cowley College Club Organization Goal Form by September 30 to the Dean of Student Life.
   b. Recruit students and promote/provide activities for students in the organizations Personal Goal Form.
   c. Complete the Year End Evaluation and Summary Form and submit to the Dean of Student Life by May 1. Sponsors shall also schedule a meeting with the Dean of Student Life to review the form prior to May 15.
   d. The Dean of Student Life shall submit recommendations for sponsor payment to the President by May 20.
