The Cowley College admission and enrollment process at the Southside Education Center is virtually a one stop shop.

Whether you are a first time, returning, current, international, or high school (special requirements apply) student, our administration and staff will treat you as an important customer during your registration process.

First, you will sign in to see an advisor at the student service support desk located on the North end of the building. The receptionist and support staff are ready to help you begin your admissions and registration process. If you are a new student, admissions applications can be filled out in a few minutes - and without a fee! New or returning, you will be immediately directed to whoever can serve you best.

We have five advisors ready to serve you! At least one advisor is available from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm, Monday through Thursday and from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm on Friday. Our advisors have the expertise to see that you are enrolled in what you want and what you need.

There is a financial aid specialist on site who will give you information and strategies regarding monies that are available to help you pay for your classes.

A business office specialist will see that your bill is accurate and that payments are posted immediately. The business office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm and 8:00 am to 3:30 pm on Friday.

Testing for new students is done on site on a walk in basis. No need to make an appointment or another trip!
