Meet the Housing Staff
Manager of Oscar Kimmell Dorm
Vicki Crouch is the manager of Oscar Kimmell Dorm. Vicki is in her 5th year here at Cowley in the Housing Department and her 4th year as manager of the Tiger Deli. She came from Ponca City where she owned her own business “Grammer’s Cakes ‘n Things”. Vicki received her training from Patti Kake House at Ponca City. She has 4 children and 8 grandchildren. Vicki and her husband Tony reside in the Oscar Kimmell Dormitory. Email: crouchv@cowley.edu

Manager of William Docking Dorm
Katrina is the manager of the William Docking Dormitory. Katrina begins her 1st year as a manager of the women’s dorm and her 1styear as an Assistant Basketball Coach for the Tigers. Originally from Fort Scott, Katrina attended FSCC, graduating with her Associate’s Degree in 2001. She then transferred to Southeast Missouri State as a student assistant/manager for the Women’s Basketball program and eventually working as an assistant coach during the 2005-2006 season. While at SEMO she completed her undergraduate degree in social studies in 2004 and Masters in Higher Education in May 2007. Email: colwellk@cowley.edu
Manager of Kirke W. Dale Dorm
Steve is the manager of the Kirke W. Dale Dormitory. Steve begins his 1st year as Head Men’s Basketball Coach for the Tigers and his 31st year overall. He has also coached volleyball, baseball and track and field. Steve grew up in Haven, Ks. He moved to Wichita to attend college at Newman University and earned his degree in secondary education and history. Steve has coached at the junior high level, high school, NCAA Division I and has spent the last 10 years at the community college level. Email: ecks@cowley.edu
