Constitution also states that the president shall "follow
the CCSS Constitution in planning and conducting meetings
and coordinating events." In addition, the president
is also to preside over the CCSS meetings.

Secretary: According
to the CCSS Constitution, it is the responsibility
of the CCSS Secretary to "keep a complete and permanent
record of all proceedings of the meetings, .. and shall
have general charge of the books and all records of CCSS." The
secretary is also to "perform such other duties
as may be prescribed by the bylaws or delegated by resolution
of the members."
