  • The costs of Tuition and Fees are based on per credit hour.
  • Kansas statute provides that “persons enrolling in a community college who, if adults, have not been, or if minors, whose parents have not been residents of Kansas for six months prior to enrollment for any term in a community college, are non-residents for tuition and fee purposes, and also must show an intent in living in Kansas permanently.”

Textbooks' Costs

To estimate the costs of textbooks, once you have selected your courses, go to www.cowleycollegebooks.com. Even if the semester you are enrolling in is not an option, in the "Buy Textbooks" window, select any semester (term) that is listed. If your course is listed, you can see the price of the text book used for that semester. This will give you an estimated cost of a book for that course.

 

Housing & Food Costs on Ark City Campus
Fall and Spring Semesters only

 

2016-2017 Academic Year
Residents in on-campus dorms

Gold Plan (19) - $4,900.00

  Silver Plan (14) - $4,800.00

$4,900.00 which includes a $75 non-refundable down payment. 
The Gold Plan includes the dorm cost and a 19 meal plan, which provides for three meals per day Monday through Friday and two meals per day on  Saturday and Sunday.

 

$4,800.00 which includes a $75 non-refundable down payment.
The Silver Plan includes the dorm cost and a 14 meal plan, which provides for for eating any 14 meals on Monday through Sunday.

Residents in The Lodge
No Meal Plan

Single-Occupancy Room $3,500.00 which includes a $75.00 non-refundable down payment.

Double-Occupancy Room - $3,200.00 which includes a $75.00 non-refundable down payment.
Gold Meal Plan

Single-Occupancy Room $5,400.00 which includes a $75.00 non-refundable down payment.

Double-Occupancy Room - $4,900.00 which includes a $75.00 non-refundable down payment.
Silver Meal Plan

Single-Occupancy Room $5,300.99 which includes a $75.00 non-refundable down payment.

Double-Occupancy Room - $4,800.00 which includes $75.00 non-refundable down payment.
