Daniel HigdonDaniel Higdon has been a part-time instructor at Cowley College since 2011. In the spring of 2012 he began teaching Manufacturing Technology as a substitute and became the full time Instructor in the fall of 2012.

"I am looking forward to making Manufacturing Technology program the best in the state and possibly the region. I am striving to bring new technology, basic concepts, and hands on learning together in a small package to attract any individual from secondary high school students to post-secondary professionals. These students will come together to learn, share, and grow as: Mechanical, PLC, Robotic, or numerous other Industry Technicians. I feel proud to take part in educating students at a wonderful and supporting College."

Daniel previously taught as a graduate and assisted as an undergraduate for 3 years at Fort Hays State University.

Daniel earned a BS Degree in Chemistry (emphasis in Biochem) at Fort Hays State University in 2010, and he worked as a Quality Analyst at the QA Enersys of Delaware Battery Plant in Hays, KS.
