Administrative Team Changes


Sheree Utash, formerly the vice president of northern campuses, was promoted to vice president of academic and student affairs. She will be responsible for all instructional functions, plus all offices of the Student Services Department.


Conrad Jimison, formerly vice president of instruction, is now the vice president of administration. He is now responsible for all facilities and the college’s transportation department. Also, the director of human resources reports to Jimison.


Sarah Wesbrooks, formerly director of northern campuses, was promoted to dean of northern campuses. She oversees the day-to-day operation of the college’s stake in the Southside Education Center in Wichita, and the Mulvane Center in downtown Mulvane.


Paul Jackson is the new associate dean of curriculum and assessment. Previously, he served as academic director of the Kansas College of Chinese Medicine. He holds a master’s degree in adult and continuing education from Kansas State University, and a bachelor’s degree in history and theater from WSU
