Queen Alalah Spotlight
Caroline Newman Warren was Queen Alalah IV in 1931. She lives in Englewood, Colo. She described her Arkalalah experience as “exciting and beautiful.” She said, “Riding through the town as a queen, and having my dear family and friends there” were her fondest memories.
While at Arkansas City Junior College, Caroline studied drama. Following graduation from ACJC, she attended the University of Kansas. Throughout the years, Caroline has kept up her interest in music, mainly piano and organ. She also enjoyed singing and dancing. Caroline is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Earl G. Newman.
