Homecoming Game
Women and men’s basketball will host Labette, 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.; at W.S. Scott Auditorium / Dan Kahler Court, corner of Fifth Avenue and Second Street, downtown in Arkansas City.

Homecoming Dance
The Homecoming Dance will be held from 9 p.m. to midnight on Feb. 20 in the Cowley Recreation Building on the main campus. The King and Queen will be crowned at halftime of the men ’s basketball game Feb. 20  against Labette Community College in W.S. Scott Auditorium/Dan Kahler Court. The men’s game is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.

Homecoming Spirit Week- held Feb. 18-20

With a chance to win a $100 cash prize or a $25 gift certificate to the Cowley College Bookstore, Cowley College will hold the Homecoming Spirit Week Feb. 18-20.

The club with the most participation for Spirit Week will receive $100 back to their club. All club members, faculty and staff must show Kristi Shaw their participation by visiting the Student Life Office between 8 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. every day of Spirit Week. Faculty and Staff members who participate in the contest will have the opportunity to win a $25 gift card from the Bookstore.

Final club and faculty/staff winners will be announced during half time of the Cowley women’s basketball game vs. Labette on Feb. 20.

  • Monday, February 18
    Pluck the Cardinals Day. Come by the Student Life Office and pick up a red feather and wear it proudly.
  • Tuesday, February 19
    In remembrance of Derek Burroughs, wear OU football or Cowley Baseball attire. Go above and beyond (paint face etc.) and receive extra participation points. Wear your red feather and receive an extra five points.
  • Wednesday, February 20
    Orange Black and White Day. Show your school spirit by dressing up for the Tigers. Go above and beyond (paint face etc.) and wear your red feather to receive extra points.
