Teressa and the Wired Hands to perform Thursday at Caff� Acoustic


Teressa and the Wired handsA group of local performers known as Teressa and the Wired Hands will be the featured entertainers at Caffé Acoustic held Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at Brown’s in Arkansas City.

The group will play an eclectic set of music genres from the 1950’s through today. Teressa Swope-Hatfield performs on vocals, while her husband, Jan Hatfield, plays guitar and also sings. Derek Vaden, a talented music major from Cowley College, plays guitar and banjo and also provides accompanying vocals. While, Ben Russell (bass/flute/vocals) and Tom Miller (violin) round out the five-member band.

Brown’s is located at 225 South Summit in Arkansas City. Caffé Acoustic is a community project, with CornerBank, Home National Bank, and Union State Bank, and The Arts at Cowley helping fund the concert series.
