Safe Treat Night festivities in Mulvane


Members of the Mulvane Phi Theta Kappa participated in the Safe Treat Night festivities in Mulvane on Halloween night. Executive V. P. Keoki Waipa agreed to be the Cowley Tiger and member Curtis Hecker and V. P. of Service Tina Wohlford were his helpers. The three, along with advisor Nancy Ayers, walked the downtown area of Mulvane and through the city park handing out candy to hundreds of little ghosts and goblins. The event was sponsored by the Mulvane Chamber of Commerce of which Cowley College is a member.
