Cowley College and Pittsburg State working together as academic partners


Students who earn an Associate’s of Applied Science in a technical area from Cowley College now have an opportunity to earn a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Technology from Pittsburg State University.

With an associate degree of at least 64 credit hours that includes 40 credit hours of technical coursework at Cowley College and a minimum 2.5 GPA, students will only need 60 credit hours from Pittsburg State University.

The degree transfer opportunities that Cowley College offers with Pittsburg State are, Automotive Technology, Engineering Technology, Technical Teacher Education, and Technical Management.
