Citizens of Cowley County were given an opportunity to take part in the survey, which was put together by Cowley College’s AQIP 5 committee. Community input rose an astounding 300 percent from last year’s survey.
“The information we received was very valuable to us,” said Cowley College vice president of academic affairs, Slade Griffiths. “The people had some great ideas, which will allow us to plan for our future.”
Ideas ranged from different programs or services individuals would like to see Cowley College offer, to their views on the state of the college.
“This is a good way to see how we are perceived by others,” Griffiths said. “I would like to thank all of the people involved with the survey. This helps us understand what people want and how the college is perceived by others.”
