Cowley selects 2013-2014 Student Ambassadors


Twenty-five students have been selected to represent Cowley College as Student Ambassadors for the 2013-2014 academic year.

According to Lory West, Cowley College director of admissions, 82 students were nominated.

“We had a lot of very talented and diligent students to interview,” West said. “It was a tough decision, but we are excited about the Student Ambassadors we have selected for next year.”

Ambassadors are required to work two hours per week in the Admissions Office, performing various tasks, including giving campus tours. They also are required to work special events such as New Student Orientation, Junior Day, Senior Day, and Principal-Counselor Day.

Students chosen for the 2013-2014 academic year are listed in alphabetical order: Allison Anderson, David Boxman, Allie Crain, Sainey Darboe, McKinley Feaster, Alison Flickner, Victoria Hutchison, Emily Loy, Gabriel Lynch, JP Maciel, Brynn McIntyre, Marissa McKinley, Caitlyn McVey, Jamesia Milton, Siara Price, Ashley Randel, Dakota Richardson, John Rohr, Corey Rothwell, Jessica Seay, Kristin Seiwert, Christina Short, Kara Thomas, Paige Traffas, and Will Weeks.
