IMPACT End of Year Celebration held



Students in Cowley College’s IMPACT program gathered for an End of Year Celebration Thursday evening in the Earle N. Wright Community Room.

Along with dinner provided for the students, the sophomores in the program were recognized for their outstanding work.

Rhett Laubach, professional speaker, author and leadership expert, served as the featured speaker for the event and has spoken at Cowley on numerous occasions.

“He is an amazing motivational speaker,” said Jason O’Toole, director of the IMPACT program. “We were lucky to have him here again.”

IMPACT is a federally funded Student Support Services TRIO program designed to help Cowley College students succeed. They provide valuable services, including transfer visits, tutoring, IMPACT courses, career exploration, and cultural trips.
