Tickets on sale for PTK Benefit Dinner and Silent Auction
March 5, 2019
The annual Cowley College Phi Theta Kappa Benefit Dinner and Silent Auction will take place Tuesday, March 26 at 6 p.m. The honors organization students will serve the meal made by Great Western Dining, and profits will go to helping pay student registration and travel expenses to leadership conferences.
There will be several packages to bid on made possible by donations obtained from Cowley staff and faculty as well as local businesses. A wide variety of entertainment for the evening will be provided by students, while a drawing will be held from tickets sold for door prizes. The cost is $15 to attend. For additional information please contact 620-441-5252.
“The auction is always so much fun,” PTK advisor Deborah Layton said. “Thanks to the generosity of the Cowley family and area businesses, we have been able to pay registration and travel expenses for many students this year for the Honors in Action Conference in Manhattan, Kansas, the regional convention in Wichita and the annual convention in Orlando, Florida.”
