Home CNA

Location: Clearwater, KS

Looking to hire an in home CNA to assist in caring for an elderly man who is in a wheelchair. He requires assistance transferring in and out of bed, morning and night. He is still rather independent in some areas, but needing assistance in others. The CNA would work closely with the family/care coordinators to provide continuity of care.

The Certified Level 2 shall:
  1. Have the skills and knowledge to set up and standardize equipment, process parts, interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejection, and document results.
  2. Be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the technique/method.
  3. Have the skills and knowledge to conduct system performance checks in accordance with the applicable process standard.
  4. Be capable of providing the necessary guidance and/or supervision to trainees and Level 1 personnel.
  5. Be familiar with the codes, standards, and other contractual documents that control the method as utilized by MetalTek International - Wisconsin Investcast Division.
  6. When specified in the written practice, be capable of developing work instructions from approved general procedures. Such work instructions shall require final approval by a Level 3 certified in the method.
  7. Have a basic knowledge of relevant product manufacturing and inspection technology.

Job Description

We have an opportunity in our Quality Department for Radiographic Inspector (RTL2). This person will be responsible for:

  • Perform radiographic operations including selection of appropriate techniques, positioning of materials, exposure of film, developing techniques, etc. to identify and assess defects in castings and repair welds.
  • Perform all darkroom procedures to develop film. 
  • Interpretation of film results to determine whether parts pass or fail inspection based on knowledge of defect seriousness, codes, standards and customer specifications.  Prepare necessary documentation of process.
  • Move parts by hand and, using hoists and other lifting equipment, to facilitate inspection.
  • Review new customer orders to help determine proper processing through X-Ray operations.
  • Assist in maintaining the radiographic inspection area, inspection room and radiographic equipment as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inspections and process logs as required by the method
  • Maintaining Nadcap accreditation in the method
  • Obtain certification(s) and perform or assist in other NDT disciplines as needed.


To be successful the candidate should have the following attributes, skills, or experience:

  • High School diploma or GED and post High School education in NDT or a technical field preferred
  • Trained & Qualified to W.I. Radiation Operating, Emergency, & Security Procedures

This includes the implementation of practices and policies to assure the greatest possible safety and most productive results for each party assigned to him/her to guide.


The primary responsibility of the Guide is in the establishment and enforcement, through channels of policies and practices, of safe and enjoyable field hunts and guided fishing trips for our customers. In addition, the Guide is responsible to be knowledgeable about interesting and informative data regarding Flint Oak and hunting and fishing in general, to be trained in administering emergency first aid and CPR in the field, to perform as Guide and/or chauffeur during duck, dove, deer and turkey seasons, to clean and package birds harvested, to develop and manage his/her assigned zones and dogs in a manner to achieve long run peak results, to assist with Shooting Sports, and to pick up and/or return guests to airports.


  1. Clearly define safety rules and regulations before a Field Hunt.
  2. Enforce safety regulations at all times during the hunt with as much tact and diplomacy as the circumstances allow, recognizing that you are the controlling safety factor on the hunt.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of assigned hunting zones and the most likely location of game bird populations.
  4. Working closely with the Preserve Manager, assist in the development of assigned hunting zones to assure maximum retention of game bird populations.
  5. Maintain all machinery, equipment, and facilities assigned for his/her use so as to assure top condition and maximum usage.
  6. Maintain good and effective dog-handling skills with assigned Preserve dogs, working closely with the Hunting Dog Manager to solve any handling problems that may develop. Constantly strive to improve dog handling skills.
  7. Develop and constantly strive to increase his/her personal knowledge of wildlife habits and game signs so as to manage hunts more productively and answer questions guests ask in an accurate and appropriate manner.
  8. Evaluate each field hunt with the objective of improving in the future.
  9. Prepare all records required by management and/or needed by the Administration department accurately and on a timely basis.
  10. Use effective time management to assure that each hunt begins and ends on schedule.
  11. Develop and maintain good public relations with each customer, recognizing that he/she is representing our Company in all customer relationships, and that without those customers our business would not exist.
  12. Report any injury, illness or signs of stress in Preserve dogs to the Hunting Dog Manager. Be thoroughly knowledgeable of danger symptoms and emergency first aid treatments so as to maintain dogs in peak condition.
  13. Participate annually in a First Aid/CPR course to assure that he/she is thoroughly knowledgeable and prepared to assist customers or fellow employees in an emergency.
  14. Prepare and plan in advance of each hunt, tour, or other assignment so as to assure that necessary materials are available for the safety and comfort of the guests, and that each event is conducted according to the established company standards of excellence.
  15. Work closely with the Shooting Manager to be thoroughly knowledgeable about gun handling and safety as well as the operation all shooting sports equipment so as to assist when assigned.
  16. Be knowledgeable about our bird cleaning methods and policies so as to prepare all birds harvested according to company standards following each hunt.
  17. In addition to those duties specified, a Guide shall perform such other duties as may be or may become inherent to the position, or which may be assigned from time to time by the Preserve Manager.

HUNT SEASON: September 1 thru April 30th - Tuesday thru Sunday
