Dynamic Fitness Classes at Cowley College

Dynamic Fitness classesThe Dynamic Fitness classes are Instructor driven organized group classes. Classes are open to anyone.

Class Descriptions:

Zumba

Classes are given by Nationally Certified Zumba Instructors. Zumba Fitness is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie- burning dance fitness-party that's sweeping the Nation. Extremely addictive. Highly motivated. Anyone can do it.

Personal Training

LaDona Anstine — Certified personal trainer (pricing set per Trainer with first session free). A personal trainer is an exercise professional with the knowledge and experience to offer advice and guidance in the areas of exercise and fitness. These professionals can assist you by designing a safe and effective exercise program to help you reach personal goals. A personal trainer can assist with weight loss, exercise performance and improved wellness.

Ballroom Dance

Certified Dance Instructor. Be fit. Change your body, your outlook and your life. Dance your way to a healthy happier lifestyle learning the dance of the ballrooms. Dancing is the answer to your sedentary days at the office. Sold in monthly packages. Dances will focus on one dance style a month to generate student confidence and technique.

Wellness Center Hours of Operation:

Monday through Thursday: 5 AM to 10 PM
Friday: 5 AM to 8 PM
Saturday: 8 AM to 4 PM
Sunday: 3 PM to 7 PM
