Dynamic Fitness classesThe Dynamic Fitness classes are Instructor driven organized group classes. Classes are open to anyone.

Class Descriptions:

Zumba

Classes are given by Nationally Certified Zumba Instructors. Zumba Fitness is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie- burning dance fitness-party that's sweeping the Nation. Extremely addictive. Highly motivated. Anyone can do it.

Personal Training

Andrea Major — Certified personal trainer (pricing set per Trainer with first session free). A personal trainer is an exercise professional with the knowledge and experience to offer advice and guidance in the areas of exercise and fitness. These professionals can assist you by designing a safe and effective exercise program to help you reach personal goals. A personal trainer can assist with weight loss, exercise performance and improved wellness.
