Stephanye’s office is in Galle-Johnson Hall, Room 201, at 125 S 2nd Street.
Enter by the front entrance of Galle-Johnson Hall on 2nd Street, next to the Tiger statue. Go through the double doors and take a right down the hallway. Room 201 is halfway down the hall on the right.
Stephanye Edwards began her career at Cowley College in April 2019 as a Student-Athlete Advisor and Admissions Representative. In March 2022, she advanced to the role of Athletic Advisor and Compliance Officer, where she focused on enrollment, advising, eligibility, and compliance for student-athletes. In November 2024, she was promoted to Director of Student-Athlete Success, supporting student-athletes from recruitment through graduation.
In June 2026, Stephanye assumed the role of Director of Student Enrollment & Success. In this position, she provides strategic leadership in planning and executing the College’s enrollment management initiatives. She oversees recruitment, admissions, enrollment, academic advising, and retention efforts while collaborating with campus partners to drive student growth and success. Stephanye leads data-informed strategies, develops outreach initiatives, manages enrollment systems, and ensures compliance with institutional, state, and federal guidelines. She is committed to advancing Cowley College’s student-centered mission and fostering strong relationships with schools and communities.
Prior to joining Cowley College, Stephanye worked as an Administrative Assistant at USD 465.
Stephanye graduated from Winfield High School in 2004. She earned her Associate of Science degree from Barton County Community College and later completed her bachelor's degree in Sports Management from the University of California of Pennsylvania in May 2015.
Stephanye is married to Cowley’s Assistant Track & Field Coach, Glenwood Edwards, and they have one daughter, Marion.
