CLEP program

The CLEP program is for those who want to test out of a course in which they already have academic knowledge comparable to that gained in the classroom. Students must complete 12 credit hours at Cowley College with a GPA of 2.00 or higher before CLEP credit is listed on the transcript. To request a copy of the scores report, write to the College Board, PO Box 6600, Princeton, New Jersey 08541-6600 or call 1-800-257-9558 or go to the College Board's website. A maximum of 15 credit hours can be awarded for CLEP examinations. Credits by exam listed on transcripts from other colleges are not automatically awarded credit.
