EBSCO — Online resource for journals and magazines

EBSCO is an on-line database that provides full-text access to journals and magazines. It is by far the best resource that our library has to offer. We subscribe to approximately 25 different databases from EBSCO. The largest, most comprehensive database is Academic Search Premier. It provides access to more than 4,500 full-text publications. If you are unsure of which database you should use, Academic Search Premier is always a great starting place. You may search multiple databases at once to expand your searching.

In order to use EBSCO, you must either be on a college-owned computer, or have the unique username and password needed to log on. If you are currently a Cowley College student, you can get a complete list of the library usernames and passwords through Tiger Connect and Blackboard. Students must be logged in to Tiger Connect or Blackboard to access the library passwords. Or you can contact the library.
