Math & Science Club
The Math and Science Club of Cowley College will seek to promote student interest in the disciplines of mathematics and science and to enrich learning opportunities in mathematics and science throughout the college and community through extra curricular activities.
MU ALPHA SIGMA CHI
The Math and Science Club will endeavor to:
- Conduct monthly meetings.
- Sponsor one or more mathematics and/or science related field trips or projects per semester.
- Assist the Natural Science Department in recruiting students to major in fields related to mathematics and the sciences.
- Retain a membership of 20-25 members.
- Look for mathematics and science related service opportunities within the community.
- Help the Natural Science Department with Math and Science Day, Technology Day, Career day, etc.
- Submit names to Mu Alpha Theta of qualified math students for membership into that organization.
Arkansas City Campus:
- Sponsors: AJ Ybarra and Braidon Hughes
- Meetings: Math and Science club will meet the 1st Monday of the month at 2:00 pm in GJ302
- New members are always welcome, just come to a meeting and we’ll sign you up.

Mulvane Campus:
- Sponsors: Uwe Conrad
- Meetings: Math and Science club will meet the 2nd and 4th Wednesday's of each month from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in Room 128
- Officers: TBD
