Cowley Trap Club

Membership allows students to participate in a Collegiate Trap Shooting League. Potential opportunities for additional intercollegiate competition including conference and national championships may be available. This is a must join for students with a passion for shooting sports. Club Rules; Safety, Fun and Competitive.

Cowley Trap

The Cowley Trap Club has been approved as a registered student organization. Our Club will be participating in the Scholastic Clay Target Program (SCTP) under the Scholastic Shooting Sports Foundation (SSSF), who is nationally governed by the Amateur Trapshooting Association (ATA). We will also participate in the Association of College Unions International (ACUI) competing against other 2-year and 4-year colleges across the nation.

As you know, a passion often carries expense. Trapshooting is no different – it is our passion! Each member of the Trap Club has paid an annual $250 membership to participate in the Club. Those dues will help cover costs for range fees during practice, memberships for joining the SCTP & ATA as well as some basic range safety requirements for the year. Unfortunately, club dues will not cover our cost of ammunition, event registration, travel to competition, overnight accommodations or food while traveling and competing. Our total expense is unknown; however, we would love the opportunity to participate at a minimum of two ACUI competitions in our first year.

With your donation, Cowley Trap Club will be able to compete against some of the best competition in the nation. Thank you for your support and we look forward to making great strides in our first year!

Club Partner — $249 or less

Club Partner provides us range time to hone in our skills. We challenge our athletes to strive to improve every day. With your support we will get back out there. Recognition for your partnership will be placed on the club website.

Membership Partner — $250

Membership Partner provides us memberships to national organizations which allow additional competition, safety insurances and allows our program to stay atop the organizations within our disciplines. Recognition for your partnership will be placed on club website and social media.

20-Gauge Partner — $500

20-Gauge Partner will provide team apparel for up to 5 members. We want to make sure the competition knows who they are going up against. Recognition for your partnership will be placed on club website and social media.

12-Gauge Partner — $1,000

12-Gauge Partner sponsors entry fees and ammunition for up to 8 athletes in one discipline per major competition. We seek to compete in a minimum two major events per year, and hope for more. Recognition for your partnership will be placed on the club website, social media as well as your patch placed on our competition gear.

Single Barrel Partner — $2,500

Your contribution sponsors travel to a major competition, including lodging and food for our club. Traveling to these major competitions challenges our athletes to compete at the highest level in shooting sports. Recognition for your partnership will be placed on our website, social media, your patch will be placed on our competition gear as well as name inscribed on the Single Barrel Level of the plaque that will proudly be displayed at the Cowley Sportsman Range.

Over/Under Partner — $5,000

Your contribution allows sponsorship of hosting events. Bringing the competition to Cowley allows us to showcase our facilities as well as bring revenue to our community in the promotion of shooting sports. Recognition for your partnership will be displayed on our website, media pages, press releases, banners during events, patches placed on competition gear and name inscribed on the Over/Under Level of the plaque that will proudly be displayed at the Cowley Sportsman Range.

Double Barrel Partner — $10,000

Your contribution allows the Cowley Sportsman Range to be furnished with equipment that everyone will be proud of; throwers, range equipment, electronics/technology, and classroom furniture will address the needs of the range and would not be possible without you. Recognition for your sponsorship will be displayed on our website, media pages, press releases, banners during events, patches placed on competition gear and name inscribed on the Double Barrel Level of the plaque that will proudly be displayed at the Cowley Sportsman Range. Double Barrel Partner also permits naming rights of a seating area or rest station.

Top Gun Partner (Founder’s Club) — $25,000+

Your generosity allows us to embark on a sportsman’s paradise; Cowley Sportsman Range. Allowing us to acquire land and create state of the art facilities, including trap/skeet fields, pistol and rifle ranges and a classroom for instructing tomorrow’s sportsman. Recognition for your partnership will be displayed on our website, media pages, press releases, banners during events, patches placed on competition gear and name inscribed on the Founder’s Club of the plaque that will proudly be displayed at the Cowley Sportsman Range. The Founder’s Club also permits naming rights of a field or range at the Cowley Sportsman Range.
