Cowley College Crowns 2026 Homecoming King and Queen
Cowley College proudly crowned its 2026 Homecoming King and Queen during halftime of the men’s basketball game against Garden City Community College on Wednesday, February 18, in W.S. Scott Auditorium.
Crowned as the 2026 Homecoming King was Kros Madry, a Mechanics major from Winfield, Kansas. Named 2026 Homecoming Queen was Mackenzie Wegner, a Liberal Arts major from Centerton, Arkansas.
The crowning ceremony was a highlight of this year’s Homecoming celebration, themed “Cowley Ever After.”Throughout the week, students participated in a variety of activities designed to celebrate campus spirit, tradition, and community.
Madry and Wegner were selected through votes cast by Cowley students and full-time faculty and staff. Both students were chosen from a distinguished group of candidates representing a wide range of academic programs and hometowns.
Cowley College congratulates King Kros Madry and Queen Mackenzie Wegner on this honor and thanks all of the 2026 Homecoming candidates for their leadership, involvement, and dedication to the campus community.
