Cowley College to Host 102nd Commencement Ceremony

Four hundred and sixty-one students are candidates for graduation on Saturday, May 10, as Cowley College celebrates its 102nd Commencement Ceremony.

Exercises begin at 10 a.m. inside the W.S. Scott Auditorium on the Arkansas City campus. Individuals requiring special seating at Commencement should plan to arrive by 9:40 a.m.

The ceremony will feature keynote speaker Avery Osen, a distinguished Cowley alumnus from the Class of 2015. In addition to Osen, Cowley College will recognize and welcome remarks from Joe Woodard, the 2025 Outstanding Tiger Alumni Award recipient. 

Members of Cowley’s Student Senate will also provide reflections during the ceremony. Ms. Hadley O’Toole, Student Senate President, 92nd Queen Alalah, and March Student of the Month, along with Ms. Aleeyah Winegarner, Student Senate Vice President, will share perspectives on their time at Cowley and the journey ahead for the graduating class.

The two hundred and thirty-seven participants listed in the official Commencement program on May 10 are candidates for Associate of Arts, Associate of Applied Science, Associate of General Studies, Associate of Science degrees, or College Certificates.

Cowley College extends heartfelt congratulations to the Class of 2025. The College is proud to honor the achievements of its graduates and looks forward to celebrating their future success.
